3. Booking & Service Agreements
All photography and videography services require a signed contract and a deposit to secure your date. Specific terms (deliverables, payment schedule, cancellation policy, copyright) are set forth in your individual service agreement, which supersedes any general statements on this website.
4. Payments
We accept Zelle (preferred) at (571) 247-2615 — Kim Nguyen, and other methods as agreed in your contract. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

All content on this website — including photographs, videos, design, logos, and text — is the property of Kevin Socola Films LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Kevin Socola Films and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us under the following terms:

- This program is used to send transactional and informational text messages related to your inquiry, booking, or service with Kevin Socola Films. Messages may include: booking confirmations, appointment and shoot-day reminders, schedule changes, gallery-ready notifications, payment reminders, and occasional service-related updates or offers tied to services you have inquired about.
- How to Opt In
- You can opt in by submitting our contact/inquiry form with your phone number and consent checkbox, by signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent, or by replying START to a message from us.
- Message Frequency
- Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us. Typically, you can expect up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may temporarily increase around your event date for time-sensitive coordination.
- Message and Data Rates
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Kevin Socola Films does not charge a fee for SMS messages. Please check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- Opt-Out Instructions — STOP
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others.
- Privacy
- We take your privacy seriously. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or SMS delivery (e.g., Twilio), is permitted. - Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to opt in to this program. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder for the mobile phone number provided.

Our total liability for any claim related to a booked service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service, as governed by your individual contract.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
