This is new for our couples. Through Lumière, our online invitation studio, every KSF wedding includes a beautiful invitation your guests open right on their phone.

Your guests take wonderful photos all night, and most of them never reach you. So every KSF wedding now also includes a QR photo box:
- Guests scan a small card on their table with their phone camera. No app, no sign-up
- They send their photos, with a short wish if they like
- The photos play on the reception screen as a scrapbook-style slideshow, each with your names and the guest’s wish

- Open your client portal from the link in your welcome email
- Go to the Invitation tab and tap Create my invitation

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the online invitation really free?
Yes. Every wedding booked with Kevin Socola Films includes a Lumière online invitation and the guest photo box at no extra cost, with all features turned on. Couples who are not KSF clients can buy Lumière on its own, with plans from $49.
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Guests open the invitation from a link, and they send photos by scanning a QR code with their phone camera. There is no app and no sign-up.
Can we show the slideshow on a vertical screen?
Yes. The slideshow works in landscape on a TV or projector, and in vertical on a standing TV, an iPad or a phone. Your DJ or venue just opens the link on the screen.
What if a guest posts a photo we don’t want on the screen?
Photos from friends and family show automatically, and you or someone you trust can hide any photo from the screen with one tap from a private link on your phone.
What happens if the venue Wi-Fi drops?
The screen keeps playing the photos it already has and picks up new ones when the connection comes back. Guests can upload over their own phone data.
How long are our guests’ photos kept?
